Photographer Assistant

Summary: 
Assists with shooting and editing of product photography for online placement. 
Essential Functions: 
  • Uses Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to color correct, retouch, and resize photos to make them ready for placement online.
  • Assists with photo shoots and materials such as layout, props, and scheduling. 
  • Assists with lighting and photography of products. 
  • Uploads images to customers' systems. 
  • Other duties as required by management.
Education and/or Experience: 
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Previous photography and Adobe Photoshop and/or Lightroom experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, effectively plan, organize, and prioritize work with the ability to adapt to changing deadlines.
  • Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic computer skills required.  
  • Ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize work with the ability to adapt to changing deadlines.
  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-through skills. 
   
Physical Demands: 
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; climb stairs and reach with hands and arms.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work enviroment is usually quiet.
